The server was amazing, and the food was microwaveable. I know this is a local spot but the ambience is a kids room at a church, the dish wear is mismatched, and even though the server was nice it still took way too long to be seen by my server as they stood and talked to the owner or manager of the restaurant. I ordered biscuits and gravy, eggs, and hash browns. There were no veggie options as I don’t eat pork. The biscuits and gravy had zero flavor. Tasted like something you’d feed a cat. Luckily I was able to use my discount so I didn’t feel like I completely wasted my money. Hash browns were crispy at my request but also a tad flavorless.
Visiting Denver with my husband. Came to Caitlin’s for breakfast. Husband got the chicken and waffles. Although delightful, his waffle had a slightly burnt corner. I had the Eggs Benedict; also quite delicious. We very much enjoyed our experience here.The coffee is SO GOOD. I cannot express enough how AWESOME the coffee is.
Every time I go home to visit my family in Denver. I make sure to stop here for breakfast! The food is always good and the service too. I usually get a traditional breakfast which consists of pancakes, eggs, and bacon. My friend, who came with me last time had the huevos rancheros, and had nothing but great things to say!

Stacked chicken enchiladas were absolutely delicious! Service was so awesome and helpful. Best breakfast I could've imagined. Beans were so good. Definitely a worthwhile stop, would for sure visit again!
We absolutely love Caitlin’s! We live close by and pick up hand held breakfast burritos almost weekly. The service is excellent and so friendly. Best breakfast burrito in Denver.
