We have returned to Cal Xim, Sant Pau d'Ordal. Where we have always eaten a lot and very well. Menu of classics and more seasonal dishes. Quality product and perfectly cooked. For starters, home-marinated salmon salad, delicious and soft. For seconds, farmer's chicken with local peach , and beef pork with shallots and mushrooms. All super good. For dessert, peach taten and yogurt ice cream, and cheesecake with mango ice cream , both very good. We accompanied the whole meal with De Nit, a sparkling rosé from Raventós and Blanc.
