We generally enjoy dining at CPK and often visit this location when shopping at the mall. However, today we had the most disappointing experience with a restaurant manager that we've ever encountered. After waiting 50 minutes for a table and then an additional hour for food that never arrived, we tried to speak with the manager about our situation. Instead of addressing our concerns, she came out with a dismissive attitude, interrupted us, and bluntly told us that if we were unhappy with the service, we needed to leave. We were taken aback by her lack of willingness to listen or offer any solutions, and her rudeness was truly shocking. It was clear that she did not care about the customers,...
What a wonderful experience at California Pizza Kitchen tonight! It was our first time. Our server John, was so attentive and helpful with the menu. We got the mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza, the garlic chicken Alfredo pasta, and the Thai chicken salad. Everything was phenomenal! The manager, lady with short dark hair came to our table to check on us, she was so welcoming and treated us like friends. When you go, ask for John!
I've visited this location twice, and I've loved it each time! The bar is stunning and has a fantastic atmosphere. The food was exceptional on both occasions, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers, Michelle, who was very helpful and welcoming. All the bartenders were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed chatting with James and Jenny! It's definitely a well-managed restaurant!
This was our first visit to this location. As Every Restaurant Business is experiencing Short Staff issues. We were Very Pleased with our server Jon, we ordered the Mushroom, Sausage Pepperoni pizza… it was delicious! They have a special going on now, take bake another home for later. We just finished eating our second pizza tonight and it was So Good. Yes, we will definitely be back real soon. Thank You Book a table now
Our experience at the restaurant was a bit rocky the night we visited. The server wasn't particularly friendly, but she did a good job taking care of us. Our drinks were always filled, and the food was excellent. I would definitely return and hope for an improved service experience.
They expanded and have more tables!! The service is amazing and food is phenomenal! Yes you will wait if you come in after 8am on the weekend and it’s worth the wait. So many Karen’s on here about waiting….it’s not a nasty chain deep fried restaurant. It’s family owned and operated!
I've eaten their frozen pizzas for years and love them! The restaurant was pleasantly more upscale than I expected, with great pizza, and a wonderful drink selection. Definitely will go back and recommend others to try it out!
7/17/22 I had a great experience here. Food was EXCELLENT. Pizza was cooked perfectly and it was the best I’ve had in awhile. The dumplings were also amazing for an appetizer. I’ll be back! Book a table now
for the price i feel like you should get a decent portion of food. an 8 dollar salad should be served on a smaller plate to make you feel better at least.
