Food was cold. Not just cold but in fact it tasted as if chicken has been prepared in the morning and it has aged to become hard and unable to be chewed. Tasteless, bland food.Also the extra chicken? I am kind of glad they didn’t put that in. Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Asking for anything extra, like an additional order form or a lid for a burrito bowl, will be met with significant attitude. I had the worst experience here! I definitely do not recommend it. The one staff member was extremely rude and made snarky comments. Additionally, the air conditioning either wasn't working or wasn't being used at all. The food also left a lot to be desired. I HIGHLY SUGGEST dining elsewhere!
The tacos were below average and the service was incredibly slow. The restrooms were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. There were three of us dining, and since there were no other customers in the restaurant, it took 15 minutes for our food to arrive, with each dish coming out one after the other. I do not recommend this restaurant.
I had lunch here today, and I must say this location has declined in quality. There's a musty odor as soon as you walk in, which is off-putting. I ordered a burrito, but the ingredients were lukewarm, raising concerns about whether the meat was being kept at a safe temperature. While it's convenient for my office, I don't plan to return.

I highly recommend choosing Chipotle instead. The food lacked flavor, and it was 20% more expensive while offering about one-third less food. I was shocked by the small portion size of the lunch bowl, even with extra chicken. The only positive note is that it did appear fresh.
The burrito was delicious and fresh, featuring a mild spicy flavor that could be personalized with a variety of sauces, enabling everyone to customize their burrito to their preference. The cheese sauce was also thick and perfectly gooey.
We arrived at dinner time to order takeout. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the staff was courteous and attentive, despite the fact that we were only there to pick up our food. We truly appreciated their service!
I really enjoy this restaurant and go there often. Just a quick note: it closes at 8 PM, so be sure to get there before that. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the queso is definitely the standout dish!
