Our family spent the day tubing down the Grand River and we were absolutely starving when we pulled in for a bite to eat. We could not have picked a better place. It was Sunday (all you can eat ribs) and although the place was busy they sat us relatively quickly (within about 15 minutes) and had food on the table shortly after. The service was top notch and the food was SO good - with crazy large portions. My only complaint was that the menu was a little confusing and a couple of our meals ended up costing a bit more than expected because of the way that we ordered. Having said that, we did not ask for clarification and probably should have. I should mention that they also have a great kids...
We drove to Paris for Camp 31 and right off the bat there was a small wait which we didn't mind. Service was standard and the food was good, not great....good. I won't drive an hour plus for this joint, but if I lived in the vicinity it would be my go to. I had the ribs n' brisket combo and I should've just ordered brisket. It was delicious and the beans were outstanding. The mac n' cheese was a favourite also and the variety of sauces was a treat.
Got pulled pork bbq sandwich. Little light on the sauce and didn’t seem like it was award winning tasting. Portion size was okay. Fries lacked flavour and weren’t crispy. They say included side for 1$ so it’s not actually included because it’s the listed price 1$. They don’t ask either if you want the up-charge and take your order as if it is actually included. Why not just add that 1$ and not have any confusion. Overall 3.5
We went for their southern fried chicken. We were disappointed that was sold out.I have been on a personal quest for the world's best fish and chips. The seasoning and light batter on the fish will have back for the fish and chips or maybe the ribs. Decisions are tough with so many great choices.

Quickly seated on a busy Sunday afternoon. Cold, tasty beer& delicious BBQ in a classic roadhouse themed setting. Friendly staff and promptly served. Glad we made the trip, we normally just see you guys at Ribfest! Keep up the good work.
The place is a dump, but best ribs I ever had. Their wings and smoke chicken are fantastic. Their cornbread is out of this world. The fries portion are too small. Service is slow. Will come back, but next time I'll do takeout.
We were celebrating my birthday as I have always wanted to try out the food. Camp 31 did not disappoint. Our sever was amazing! Very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Will be back to try the ribs!!!
Long wait of 35 min to get a table so we figured it was a popular place. Lots on the menu to choose from. ? Food could have been hotter when it was brought to the table but it was very tasty. Decent prices.
