Staff are friendly and the food is tasty but the place is undermanaged. Someone needs to make sure a staff member who is coughing and sneezing into a facemask in the restaurant gets to go home. Someone needs to make sure that restocking depleted items from the buffet is more important than endlessly rearranging yogurts. Someone might think that having eggs for breakfast, or bread at dinner, might be a good idea. What food there is, is fine. It's all just a little unbalanced.
Dinner was not too nice. Out of the 4 dishes they had on the menu they only had 2 available. The hot buffet option and one of the 2 steak options weren't available. The steak was not really the nicest and the starter buffet was not very special either. However, the breakfast buffet was very nice, although it ended quite early at 10am
Review €€: Good and clean hotel with a good value for money pricing (58€ per double room). The bathroom is equipped with a shower (not bathtub). Parking slots are available. I would recommend you to book this hotel for a visit of Lille.
Stopped for three nights on rugby tour. The rooms though basic were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and food very good. Enjoyed our stay. Book a table now
A nice place to stay if you are on a business trip. The breakfast could be better. You don't find eggs every morning. And they only have boiled eggs anyway. The sweets are ofcourse very good and fresh.
Could have been significantly better for price and location. Breakfast was a complete disappointment with open hot food exposed for long periods without protection from flies.
Nice clean hotel with modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. About 10 to 15 minute walk from the city. 5 minute walk to the station.
Good hotel. Closed parking available, nice staff. We also ate here and was good. Room were clean and silent. Will come again! Book a table now
