Arriving we decided to enter their restaurant and asked for a table for 2. There were many tables available but incredibly we were rudely told by the receptionist to sit at a little tiny table pushed up against a wall with poor lighting and she walked off. I chose a different table logically as I wish to eat in comfort. This caused a stir to the extent that we had to leave when the other waitress did not agree that I had the right to chose my own table. A very downmarket Campanile hotel. We have used them extensively while travelling across France and the two new Mulhouse are probably the worst we have come across. Accommodation is ok, safe and secure as normal but the overall experience is poor. Definitely not three star. Food quality is poor and the service is the same. Try other options.
Nice hotel, I had a good stay with my friend. We spent three days but it was great. Simpa, very good support in all the questions asked. I met a certain Comba, a very nice, warm and respectful lady who treated us well. Good luck to the team I'll come back one of his days and I hope I'd fall on this nice woman Comba.
we tried this restaurant a couple of years ago. So we went there again to have a dinner.The food was okay, but the service was not. Noone speak anything but French and noone seems to like their job! The staff does not realise that without customers they have no job. At least they act so.

Like the choice of breakfast buffet. Disappointed with change to 2 years ago with 1st course buffet, nothing special and no longer any seafood, that before what we mainly enjoyed from two course option. Will go somewhere else now.
