We didn't stay here, so can't vouch for the hotel. We stayed next door at the Novotel and unimpressed by the hotel menu wandered up the road and decided to eat at the Campanile. Wow. Where to start? First, we arrived just before 7pm with our toddler, to find the restaurant empty. We were told they didn't start serving food, and were made to wait until 7.10 before anyone took out order. We weren't offered a high chair, and there were no pre dinner nibbles or drinks, so we just sat outside wondering whether to wait or go somewhere else. We made the awful decision to stay put.
