Starting with positives: Very clean and staff helpful on arrival Anthony at the bar is superb Pool area is lovely Now the negatives: There is no shuttle to Biarritz We arrived on a Monday everything was shut no where to get dinner The bar and restaurant isn’t open for breakfast or lunch opens at 6pm. Can’t even get a cup of coffee! On site supermarket shuts 1-4pm very expensive but the morning croissants and baguettes are delicious. Menu is very limited and if you are vegetarian you are stuck with pizza however the lovely Anthony sorted my family with veggie burgers one night and from the snack bar the salads are excellent. We arrived home yesterday and have had such a great time, we stayed in the Cottage Ostatua with hot tub, quality accomadation for the family and could not fault it in anyway. The site itself was a perfect base, with a free bus into Biarritz which we made good use of. The pool was busy but not crowded and again was great fun for the family. The beach is 10 mins walk away, is long, spacious and very picturesque Free hire of a bbq was a great touch! On site resturant we used 3 times on our 9 night stay, staff where really freindly and welcoming, the prawns were delicious and really could not fault it, 75 euros ish for a family of four with plenty of wine, pretty reasonable. we spent an excellent stay at ILBARITZ campsite. The welcoming booklet very well designed with the plans of the nearby very practical cities. The pools are clean and pleasant. A superette belonging to the campsite is located at the entrance and a hairdresser. The flat and shaded location as requested during the reservation, but a few pitches!!!Animation for all the day and evening organized every evening by a friendly and dynamic team. We loved Basque songs and music bands. A restaurant is also available as well as a snack. A very nice site,we stayed for 3 days in our motorhome, pitch terraced but levelled out nicely, but unfortunately marred for us by the weather! we had 3 rough wet days, not the sites fault though and I must say we would have enjoyed it much more if the weather had been better. We did not have chance to use the outside pool although it looked lovely. Facilities block lovely and clean. Reception and bar staff all really good and helpful. Good bus service directly outside camp to get into Biarritz or Bidart. Good entertainment on one night with a girl singer she was excellent. Restaurant looked good although we didn't try it but takeaway standard good .

2 weeks rental of a chalet. This one was very good, quite modern, and a spacious bathroom, which is quite rare. The real plus of this campsite:2 swimming pools, including 1 where you can swim, with even a reserved swimming line. Free wifi access, with a more than convenient flow rate. Access to the beach and the bus for free. Very good activities thanks to a super animation team. Generally speaking, all staff are very kind. If we had to return to the Basque country, it will be in this campsite.
10 days with family after a great experience at the campsite yellow village of labenne. disappointment. The location too close to the activities carried out by naked trips. the multisport field has to close at 7:30 but at 9:30 it's still hyper noisy. management seems to be stark. The bike paths are very rare so bike rides you have to go north of biaritz..I advise them to those who seek a minimum of tranquility. the choice yellow village will not be automatic.
campsite conseiller par le site yello vacances. Located 900 meters from the Ilbarritz beach, the campsite offers a lot of services (food, grocery, services). However, a flat 2 washing machines and 1 dry linen for 1500 people a little fair. We had a bungalow with 2 bedrooms bathroom, no worries, but very badly located and a certain lack of privacy. On the other hand, an excellent team of hosts that boosts the evenings.For a 4-star lot to see
we have spent a very good week my son has spent his week at the club ado he has feasted all the hosts to the top the technical personel very reative the personel of the welcome so kind and smiling answered all vaux questions the tickets free bus remit to the reception on request c is genial we almost did not take the car the snack one eats there twice well we regret a little bit the balo

we spent a week with family in this campsite in mobile home. Premium new neighborhood, with spacious and well equipped mobile home. Only the household left a little to be desired. the children loved the pools, the new playground and the games room. The animations were nice. short a campsite to recommend for a nice stay in the Basque country.
