Super nice campsite on the Dordogne! Truly the most friendly owners and staff we have encountered on our travels through France! They do everything they can to make the stay pleasant for everyone. The large mass campsites cannot live up to this. Restaurant very very tasty, not too complicated. We will definitely come back here again! The only point of criticism are the outdated sanitary facilities and the dead end road next to the campsite, where mainly guests of the adjacent campsite can drive very fast. The best of vacations, We absolutely adore the area, and having been there 8 times, I marvel at how much there is yet to explore. But Camping La Bouysse makes it all even more special. A family campsite that offers all the comfort you need. Everything is perfectly maintained, from the flowers to the facilities to the swimming pool. There are great entertainments for those who wish to participate. The cottage is super charming. It is very comfortable and it has everything you need in the kitchen. 2 weeks spent in this nice campsite very well located (on the banks of the Dordogne) which is a big advantage for swimming (our doggie testifies to this) and activities with a pretty landscape. Pleasant staff, decent cleanliness. Not a lot of entertainment but they were fun. Fortunately there is the swimming pool even if its size is a bit small when the campsite is full. The air conditioning would have been welcome in this scorching period; however, the Mobil homes are well equipped and ideal for 6 or even 7 people. Great place with the Dordogne 20 m from the great campsite for fishermen. Swimming pool with a view of the troglodytes. A very warm welcome and very welcoming and friendly staff. Quiet camping with a pleasant atmosphere but the bungalows do not have air conditioning and if you do not pay for cleaning, you have to clean even the refrigerator and taps (I have never experienced anything like this before).
