in principle a very cozy and clean restaurant outside soltau, nice service and consistently pleasant prices, except for the salads. but only to the appetizers: the bruschetta is unfortunately only a pizza floor with tomaten and wobbles. the garlauchbrot is a pizza floor, which was inoculated with garlic oil. However, in this case aioli is involved. there are potential for improvement. Among the main dishes: the salads are fresh but the most expensive dishes on the map and partly twice as expensive as a main dish. also the missing dressing and missing spicy irritate something, because not everyone is a friend of edgy and oil (which are on the table.) the noodle dishes are delicious, but still...
