we visited them in February 2016. the attraction was to serve calgots. these are a Catalan court that is only in the season in the months jan, feb and march every year. in the round they are a kind of tweeper, larger than scalions and smaller. as laughing. they are boiled in hot flames so that they are completely refined (burned and served in a twisted terra cotta dachziegel. all very rustic. one eats them individually by taking one from the leaves and removing the burned outer layer. then they dip the onions/alks into a dish of special sauce and eat it from their hand. it is a creepy operation and the restaurant offers every customer a bib and a towel. it was a fun experience. the staff was...
