Cancun has been my go to for years now. Ever since I went the first time my freshman year of high school I fell in love with the food, the service, and the employees. Every time I come to the restaurant I am greeted as if I am family and it makes the experience 10x better. The food is unbelievable as well. I’ve tried all of the other Mexican grills in Eau Claire because I’m a die hard Mexican food fan, and nothing has came close to Cancun. One thing that stands out over all of the other restaurants is the cheese dip. You will NOT be disappointed trust me. Juan and Nico provide top notch customer service and treat you like family! They could not be more attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The food is and has been the best in EC for so long always fresh and high quality. The house hot sauce and queso make everything taste even better! My favorite spot forever it’s like an oasis in Mexico but your in Wisconsin the atmosphere is unmatched. So much love for Cancun West! Keep being the best guys your customers appreciate everything you do!
I got a steak cheese wrap when I came there on a Saturday. It was in fact very delicious. Seasoned very well that really made this dish stand out to me compared to any other Mexican style restaurant I've been to lately. The strawberry mojitos were also pretty tasty and I have nothing to complain there. The service was also very prompt and polite. I definitely would eat there again when I'm in the area.
Delightful food. Filling. Good flavor. The best refried beans in Eau Claire. Second best margaritas in town and second best Mexican restaurant in Eau Claire. It's really a delicious restaurant. I gladly invite my family here when they visit Eau Claire. The servers at the other Cancun Eau Claire location are much nicer than they are at this one though. I go for good food though, not to make friends.
