Restaurant Cantina Bar Mexican

Been visiting here for the last ten years over February half term. Most weeks we've booked twice. But never again. Clearly had a change of management who are now trying to cut costs at the expense of service. Understaffed with 1 guy taking orders making drinks and carrying food whilst the female member of staff who we assume was the manager spent most of her time eating and drinking and messaging on her phone. So unprofessionally. Such a shame as the food is great but waiting 40 minutes for our first drinks isn't acceptable. Not once did they return and ask if we were ok or wanted anything else. Visited with some trepidation following other reviews during half term week for dinner, booked a table in advance as all restaurants were busy that week. Great atmosphere, good service and tasty food all served without significant wait (there were plenty of staff contrary to other posts). We ate fajitas which were really good, only minor suggestion would have been to have more wraps than the two each provided. Overall enjoyed by all of us.

During our winterholiday we visited this restaurant in the centre of Ellmau. It was necessary to reserve a table and we were lucky to get one. The staff is very friendly and the Mexican meals a very tasty. A good offer of typical Mexican menus and steaks. We recommend this restaurant.

Had an evening meal here and we were more than satisfied... plentiful and cooked to our liking. The waiter was polite and obliging. Lively atmosphere. Worth a visit.
