This is an interesting concept. For lunch it is actually a canteen for the workers in the tunnel drilling company close to the location. In the evening they have several areas from more low cost to expensive food. Everything is drilled in the rock of a mountain. We were here for a riffle shooting training and we had lunch and dinner. The food was good and tasty and over all not that expensive. The service is always very friendly and efficient. We like it and will come back.
You can eat in the cantena with the workers and get the daily menu soup salad and main always well cooked meal all fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. Or you can go a la Carter in the smart part. Your food has amazing presentation, all the dishes are delicious and an amazing choice of wines. It is an experience the restaurant is literally in the mountain where there is a shooting range and a facility to train for tunnel fires.
Excellent lunch in the heart of a mountain ! First time experience.... good food, good service ..... You find in this mountain also a shooting range...
The Cantina Caverna is truly a one of a kind restaurant with great dining and a unique setting inside the mountain !
