I called to inquire about the location of the food truck, and I was completely disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. When I called, I received a very dry "Hello." I asked if it was the chicken and waffle food truck, and the response was simply "Yeah." I then asked where they were located, and the person on the other end openly questioned why I needed to know. Why on earth would you respond like that? You sell food, and I'm interested in trying it, but after that interaction, I have no desire to anymore. It was just incredibly rude. I wish I didn't have to give a rating at all.
The chicken and waffles along with the banana pudding was awful. The guy said that the banana pudding was the bomb. It was a bomb but not the bomb. We could hardly swallow the chicken and even with the syrup on the waffle I just couldn?t get it down.Please, perfect your chicken and waffles. You all need to just take banana pudding off the menu all together because it wasbaaaaaad! The only thing that was pretty good was the customer service, but I honestly feel like I gave away $15 for freebecause the food was not good at all. I fed the rest of the waffles to the birds and they wouldn?t even eat it.
The worst chicken that I have ever had in my life. I bought 20 pieces (2-10 peice) of chicken and had to throw it all in the trash. I asked for lemon pepper with ranch sauce celery on the side. There was no celery. There was no ranch sauce. Thechicken was double fried in old grease. The chicken had no lemon or pepper on it. And the chicken was overcooked, burnt anddisgusting. I know that this is a food truck. Just look at the picture. DON'T EAT FROM THERE

A one because delivery was great that was the only thing good. THE FOOD VERY sloppy, no taste THIS IS NOT CAPiTOL CARRYOUT that used to be on Branch Avenue! NOT GOOD AT ALL! The food was mushy and sloppy. I could have cooked my own food and saved the money. Then they have the nerve to have a 25% service fee; they should pay me that 25% service fee to eat this.
Finally got my order about 2 hours after I ordered it. What I got was the most sorry excuse for children and waffles I've ever seen. The waffle had the consistency of a pancake and I've gotten more meat in a chicken nugget.
They came to Parq 170 for a food truck event. We absolutely loved it. The customer service, timing, people, and food were all on point. We even went back for seconds. Hope these guys come back! ????

Rubbery waffle chicken was ok but the banana pudding was absolutely disgusting taste like baked bad milk.
This food truck came to my apt tonight. Very good chicken and waffles!! Must try!
