Super delicious and definitely recommend. I walked here but there's street parking and parking garages around. Staff was super friendly and the service is really quick. You can either order up front or through a QR code on the table. I ordered a house mimosa which was $5 and a For Meats Sake Waffle which came with egg, Chorizo, bacon and fried chicken. Came super loaded ane everything was so good, the meat mixture by itself was a tad salty but combined with the large, crispy waffle was perfect. They had individually wrapped silverware and a large bottle of syrup on the table. I ordered a Raspberry Machiato to go which was also really good. I loved it here and it was a great brunch experience...
Their motto is: “Waffels are only pancakes with Abs.” I love it! The restaurant was a great place, the service was efficient and friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. We had the standard chicken and waffles with agitator and coffee. But you can go wild. Capitol Waffle has a lot of creative choices (e.g. Captain Crunch, Berry, Chocolate syrup and whipped cream) so there is something for everyone. Capitol Waffle is centrally located near the Capitol and nearby hotels.
Yum yum yummy! We had the chicken and waffle $5 special and it was great! Very fresh and delicious! And we share the bathroom Apple wafer. OMGOSH! Heaven in your mouth! Very recommended!
Absolutely loved this place! It's kinda small but their Waffles are amazing! They are fluffy and full of flavor. But be careful with the hot sauce, it's really hot hehe
