arrived late at pfäffikon due to a traffic overload at zürich hb (it doesn't invent but contradicts the legend of the cff always punctuals !), I chose this establishment for its proximity to the station and its ranking on tripadvisor. First surprised by the coldness of the decor, I stayed there and I did well!I first drink 1 glass of epesses (medium, not enough flow ?) then 2 of merlot (excellent) to accompany a very tasteful and cooked stroganoff beef just as it is necessary (sweet) with vegetables and a beautiful risotto cooked with white wine. We can find the wine dl a little expensive (fr. 7.50/dl), otherwise everything is correct.
directly opposite the train station pfäffikon (sz) I met a friend here for an early morning drink. the service was friendly and very relaxed. there is a beautiful sidewalk seating area surrounded by many plants, but we sat inside because it is a rather cooler tomorrow. there are padded sofas around the room and standard table and chairs. we enjoyed a cappuccino (4.80CHF) and hot chocolate (4.80CHF) and enjoyed the stress-free environment. capolinea offers snacks, midday, evening meal, a full bar, free wlan, relaxed atmosphere and flawless toilets. a nice visit.
the restaurant is usually full at lunchtime because of businesspeople in the nearby offices. In the evening its another public and you have more chance to get seated if you didnt make reservations. the lunchmenu is attractive and reasonably priced. in the evening its a la carte. you have a wide variety of dishes , italian mostly. (don't expect pizzas here)wines are too expensive for the offered quality i m afraid. Fifth time I was here and the staff is ever so friendly even when its very busy.
not bad. majority of italian specialities and some tradtional swiss dishes as well. the fish from the lake was ok but a bit expensive (eglifilet, 45 sfr for example). the service was efficient and polite. the distance between tables was not big enough as to...keep the addequate privacy.

Italian ambiente, casually decorated, repeatedly culinary novelties, fine card, great weine, speditiver service over the midday, with heart and passion will celebrate the fresh in the kitchen - a real pearl at the railway station in pfäffikon. we like to enjoy this Italian oasis.
at last the village pfäffikon has a good restaurant in the middle of the center at the railway station. Ital./span./portug. specialties, especially good tapas, excellent cook and a friendly host pasquale.
eating is always good, large portions too very reasonable trips, cozy atmosphere. I liked to have lunch here from time to time to escape from the office daily routine.
I am now a few paintings for lunch and always true eating very tasty and well maintained. the service is speditiw, the price/performance ratio is correct.
