Cappuccino's - Table reservation

Summary: There's nothing extraordinary here but typical diner food and large portions won't surprise you or leave you hungry. This unassuming spot on the Walmart parking lot is larger than it looks from the outside. Inside, it's subdivided into four areas--including a semi-private corner for a small group. That, makes for easy social distancing. Cappuccino's has the standard diner breakfast, soup, salad, sandwich staples. The large menu provides enough variety that everyone should find something to their interest. Large portions are sometimes too much. My family and I have frequented Capps for a few years now. Even before the pandemic it seemed they were slowly going downhill. Now we have been there twice since COVID and both times were less then stellar. First time waited for an hour for food and it was just 3 of us. However today was the kicker that may just make me never come back and will for sure make me deter people from here. My dad put his coffee cup up to motion to the waiter passing that he needed a refill which the waiter blew past him and ignored him but went into the kitchen in view of us and began to mock and laugh at my dad. My wife and I eat breakfast out every Saturday and we had never tried Cappuccino's. In fact I have not been in this building since it was Kriegers a long time ago. There was a wait vu as expected on Saturday morning but we are used to that. The food was very good. The portions were huge. I've never seen pancakes that big. The service was ok. She was one of the only ones serving so I'm sure she was probably getting overwhelmed. The only reason for the 4 is the place can use some tlc. Thought for a while the pandemic did this place in, but I noticed they were open and decided my '22 pancake survey could use another stop. The pancakes are pretty good, among the best so far. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The decor is nice (recently updated, I think). I was sad to say goodbye to the Krieger 's that was here long ago, but I 'm glad Cappuccino 's is still standing.

Tasteless food, and WAY overpriced even by today's standard...breakfast for 2 people at $50??? No thanks
