Where I live I have to drive past many sub places which may be why this is my first visit to Capriottis. What you will experience there is something that will catch you off guard. The fella at the register taking orders will blow your socks off with the quality of customer service they give you. Then...the wait was fairly minimal..though it was not very crowded while we were there. I ordered the classic italian and got the big one...surely big enough to feed two people. And when I got home with my sandwich fresh bread...great ingredients and was a delight to eat. They have a very interesting list on the menu so I will try something new next time not too far off in the future.
I have never felt so embarrassed before. Today, I came to this restaurant to order a sandwich that I always enjoy. When they called out my name, I walked up to the counter and picked up a bag that was not mine. The worker in the back told me it wasn't mine and then proceeded to rudely tell me to wait for 30 seconds. I felt so humiliated that I just left. They should have been more understanding, considering some people have trouble hearing. I apologized for the mix-up with the bag, but it was dismissed. I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though I used to love it.
Love Capriotti’s , specially their Roast Beef Sandwiches. We order via Door Dash at least twice a month. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the serving size of Coleslaw. It’s fabulous coleslaw but when we order as a side, we sometimes get the serving size shown on the Door Dash app, but often (like tonight), we got just a very small serving. Would love to know why this happens?? See photos.
I am obsessed with Capriotti's sandwiches. They are so delicious that they have set the bar high for all other sandwich shops. Now I have to drive an hour just to satisfy my craving because nothing else compares. I tried the 'Bobby' sandwich, which is like a Thanksgiving feast in a bun. It was so tasty that I was instantly reminded of the magical food moments from Ratatouille. It's that good!

Eric at the front counter is fantastic and kind, making everyone feel welcome. He is like a beloved family member who always delivers delicious food. Our top choices are the cheese steak sandwiches and the pastrami. Surprisingly, the classic cheese steak is preferred over the Wagyu cheese steak. The turkey sandwich was also delicious. Don't forget to try the cookies - they are a must-have!
I asked for an earlier pick up then what the restaurant received. When I got there they jumped right on the order. I was entertaining five people coming over to watch football and none of them had tried this restaurant before. Capriotti's now has five more customers! This place rocks! Everybody said this was the best sandwich with the freshest ingredients and they were all impressed!
Gave this place a try on a Monday ended up eating here 3 times that same week.Really good food made fresh. Definitely try the wagyu roast beef sub with a side of Cole slaw.Fast service, friendly employees. Give it a go!
I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but today was disappointing. The classic cheese steak with mushrooms lacked flavor and seemed bland.
