Our family placed a large dinner take out order, one of numerous orders over 10 plus years. Saturday October 22nd, we had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional encounter. Part of our order included a Lg Bobbie and Lg Cole Turkey sandwiches. While eating, we discovered MULTIPLE BONES 3) one fragment was quite large, the other 2 fragments were rather small/thin. All three posed a huge risk to choking. After encountering these three bone fragments, we didn?t finish the two sandwiches. Wecalled the store, as we wanted to make them aware of the hazard in their food esp given three fragments in two sandwiches. Pleasant experience. I was acknowledged by an employee as l entered and approached the counter and was advised that someone would be with me shortly. There was a bit of a wait after placing the order, but it was the lunch rush and the order was for hot subs so that was to be expected. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Portion size was acceptable for the price paid. My in-store experience was better than my on-line order where a sandwich and chips weren't included in the delivery and the promised refund was never issued.
Disappointed in the Waygu Cheesesteak. The steak meat was normal, and it wasn't season to the Capriotti standard. So I paid premium for standard. I've gotten over a dozen of these this year alone and know for a fact this is not even 1/4 the qualitymeat I'm used to with Cap. If it was Waygu than it was at the end of it's shelf life and became tough in texture. I wish Ireviewed the other one in DE I liked, they were on point. The BBQ chicken was good and a better buy than the Waygu if it wasWaygu.
Capriotti’s in the newark shopping center is the worst. They barely answer the phone when I call to order. When I called today the manager to their employee to tell me they are slammed with orders and to call back in an hour. Asked if I walked in would they make me a Bobby and he said no not for another hour. It’s a great way to loose business. This is a reoccurring problem. They need to fire the manager and find someone who knows how to run a sandwich shop.

I ordered a $14 sandwich that was supposed to come with hot pepper relish, pickles, sweet paprika, and oregano, but what I received was a dry roll with just turkey, four slices of tomato, and some lettuce. What a disappointment! It was a bland and dry sandwich, and I won't be ordering it again!

First time here and this place does not disappoint! Excellent staff and food was AMAZING! We make trips to jersey all the time and stop in DE for gas and food. This will become part of our trips for years to come! Great job team!
fresh truthahn worst sub not sure that they can call it if there is hardly fresh truthahn on it also the bobby was usually stuffing very little truthahn and a little cranberry will not buy from them again

The staff didn't prepare our sandwiches correctly. We ordered subs but received a tuna salad sub instead. I regret leaving a two-dollar tip and won’t be coming back.
The salad was delicious! It’s a nice, clean, and friendly restaurant.
