Do not come here! They ripped me off! I had my daughters bday party and the day before her bday they tell me they gave me the wrong price.on top of that they also charged me $40.00 for 4 Pitchers soda when it’s suppose to be 2.99 a cup free refills. The only reason I asked for pitchers was to do them a favor we was a party of 10 and there was only one waiter. He was taking to long to attend us I had to get up and get my own napkins ect that was next to our table. Ordered 1 lb of snow crab 2 portions of crawfish. The crab portion looked too tiny, so I used scales to check. It weighed 11.5 oz. Called them to bring up the issue, they got really defensive, started telling me it 's not possible as the chef uses scales. When I said I also used scales, they said oh, sorry, I 'll let the chef know . That 's great but it doesn 't solve my issue, right? I asked them if they can offer a solution for me and they said they can 't . So, this place not only delivered less food than they charged for, they also try to play d and didn 't want to own the problem.
On a scale from 1 to 10 (Best): Atmosphere 9 Food 4 (had gumbo, NE clam chowder, crab cakes with cajun fries, and cajun chicken fried rice). Wouldn't recommend any of it, even the fries. Service 4 (had to wait to order, then for additional service, then waiter brought wrong soups). Menu 3 (they were out of blue crab, which is only crab they served. So, half of menu was useless for a place called captain crab). Bill 2 (food is way overpriced for it's taste, and they tack on an 18% mandatory tip for only two people. Which explains the service. Who needs to earn it when it's forced)

Saturday was the first time I went to Captain Crab a friend recommended it. Service was great very attentive staff. I had the vest fried wings ever. I ordered the Hangry Feast. This was a huge order enough for five people with their special sauce. Only thing I found odd was that 18% gratuities were automatically added for a party of 3 but i was going to give 20% anyway. Me and my family will most definitely be returning. Great job captain crab!
I visited this restaurant with a date last year. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We were served promptly, possibly because we visited on a weekday. I'm not sure how busy it is on weekends. We sat comfortably in a booth and enjoyed the cool atmosphere. The restaurant also has a full bar. Overall, the service was great. Type of meal: Dinner. Price per person: $30–50.
This place was a lot of fun. I took my dad there for dinner last night. Got the shrimp and snow crab combo. It was great and kept getting better the deeper I got into the bag. Be warned that this is a messy meal that requires some work, but worth it! Oh and the service was great. Everyone was super nice.
Delicious, great martinis , the food was really good I highly recommend the house sauce. Firecracker shrimp is a very good appetizer.We got a lot of stuff lobster crab shrimp ect ... The service was great , drinks great food was on point I am going back
