stopped there yesterday and the manager opened the lobby so that I could get my eating I could get a lkw, eating was really good the staff was great and also I did not give five stars very often, but this was earned thanks to the manager

They left out of my order my shrimp and crab cakes gave me 3 boxes of fries. Called their it remained busy. I’m so unsatisfied with the service in Birmingham. I spent $38 and got fries and fish.
Incapable of taking order through drive or answering phone during business hours. Just close the store then. ??

Showed up at 1045. Not open. Third time this has happened. I guess they don’t actually open at 1030.
Really they okay but make sure you count your change before driving off cause they shorted me 6.00
