Overall, my experience has been positive with good service and friendly staff. However, I urge you to ensure that anyone handling food wears a hairnet. During my drive-thru lunch today, I found several long, knotted strands of hair in my shrimp, causing me to throw the dish away. For the record, it's not my hair, as I am bald. Please make sure your staff wears the appropriate gear when preparing food, as finding hair in your meal is quite unappetizing. Thank you.
Absolutely fantastic service and delicious food! The sweet tea was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They brought our meals to the table and checked in on us during our meal. The cook even came out to ask how everything was, took our dirty plates, and took the time to greet our dogs in the jeep while thanking us for our visit. It was the best fast food experience I’ve ever had! Thank you, D’s of Mayfield—you deserve more than just 5 stars!
We were disappointed when they discontinued their kids’ meal fish tenders, as we can’t finish a large piece of fish, and that was always our go-to option. This restaurant used to be our favorite place to eat in Mayfield.
