Captain D's - Table reservation

Visited Captain Ds #3884 in Morristown,Tn. Wed. July 24 late afternoon. Wife and I ordered seniors 2 pc. fish, cashier said they were out of french fries, baked potatoes, and tarter sauce. My son and his wife had joined us, she ordered the White fish with shrimp plate, No white fish so she ordered the talapia blackened and had to order and pay for the shrimp separately. In the meantime, they found some tarter sauce and delivered it. My wife went to rest room, found it Nasty. The ceiling in the dining room was falling in p pqwith inslation on tabes and chairs..I was the only one who had the chese and macarony and have had an upset stomach all day today. food and service was garbage the manager is a rude person. The order was wrong. They refused to make the order right they refused to give the money back. Because we ordered on line said we don’t have a receipt don’t make sense if you didn’t think the food was paid for why’d you give it to me I would rather eat a dumpster than ever eat from this restaurant again

The food was pretty ok.the customerservice on the other hand was absolutely dreadful. It took ages to get our meals, they were out of chicken, and we payed for a meal we didn't even get. The atmosphere was also just ok. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never coming here again

The worst ever from a Captain D's and they are usually 1 of my top munchy goods. But the shrimp were nasty and burnt to a crisp and the fish had 1 really nice piece and 1 inedible. Hush puppies were good

I got diarrhea after eating here. I got stomach pains. The ccok was coughing like she had covid.
