I ordered shrimp, fish and fries meal, but instead received a kiss meal and I can't tell what it was but the hushpuppies were burned to a crisp! Went to the front door to return the item and the dining area was locked, you had to use the drive through! Waited back in line which was a long wait. The employee said I ordered that and everyone heard what I ordered. I asked for the manager as he was extremely rude, which he said he was the manager! I got my correct order, checked it and drove away. The oder menu said on side item which I did not receive but at this point, I was done!
I ordered a 4-piece fish, but they only had three pieces available. They also didn’t have any tartar sauce or vinegar. I asked for a baked potato, but they were out of bacon and sour cream as well. Overall, the service was disappointing; it felt like they should have just closed for the day. When I mentioned my issues, the young lady behind the counter said the delivery truck hadn't arrived and added, "If you don’t like it, you don’t have to come back."
I did an online curbside order today December 12,2023 at 10:45 am said it will be ready at 11:00am so when I got here o waited until 10:52am to select that I’m here call at 11:08am she said okay I have my babies newborn and 2 year old I’m feeding the newborn that’s why I selected curbside and the two year old is sleeping… it is now 11:26am still no food slack ssa kucf .. one outside sitting!!… it’s obvious They do not want to do curbside or plan to
