The service was incredibly disappointing! After waiting an hour after placing and paying for my order, they informed me that they couldn't find it, though they eventually did. This was after they mistakenly called my name twice to say my order was ready. In total, it took over 90 minutes for my food to arrive, and the chicken was just mediocre. I definitely won't return and wouldn't recommend this place!
Visiting from out of town. Got the #1 with white fish. It was incredible. Piping hot and delicious. Not sure what the red spicy sauce is that came with it, but damn it's delicious. Thank you! Update. It's all gone. Fantastic. I did find two pieces of bread under the parchment paper inside the box. They were just plain bread. If this place toasted them .....
I had a very disappointing experience at Captain Jay's Fish Chicken and won’t be coming back. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, but when I arrived, they told me they had run out of the chicken I ordered.
The fish and chicken at this restaurant are both delicious and served hot. The fries are also fresh and flavorful. I pre-ordered my meal, and it was ready for me when I arrived. Book a table now
Captain Jay's Fish Chicken used to serve great food, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The chicken, shrimp, and BBQ wings I ordered tasted old and lacked freshness.
The food arrived hot and fresh, accompanied by quick, pleasant, and friendly service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
