I have been coming to this restaurant for 18 years, or so I think. The manager, Juan, is always great whenever he sees me. However, the quality of the bar has declined since Jake opened his own business. Tonight, I experienced the worst service I have ever had. The owner's grandson just wanders around, not doing much. The bartender gave double the chips to couples next to us, and my wife had to wait thirty minutes for her first drink. We finally placed our order after an hour of minimal service. Stopped in to have lunch with a friend and about an hour after leaving we both got violently ill. I called the next day to speak to a manager (Amber, I believe) and told her about it not to receive anything but so they could pull whatever was contaminated. Her attitude was very nonchalant and her response was well, we haven 't gotten any other complaints sooo.... . Maybe that reaction is the exact reason? 1st Time Visit: You Walk up order, fill your own drink take a seat. They call your for pick up. There's a bar connected inside, a few TV's to entertain and there's covered outdoor seating. Place is COOL. I got a Mexican pizza no way I could eat it all it is huge and filled with toppings. I Took leftovers. I will return, I like the environment it creates with the bar indoor/outdoor seating.
Mexican style restaurant very good tasty food everything on the menu is right on in addition they have a great salsa bar they also have a cantina which is a bar area which is nice to hit the bar after dinner. Best margs, patio, half price tacos on Tuesday, what more can you ask for?!? Service was great, food was delicious. These are FULL size st tacos. My favorite was the carnitas and the el pastor, my husband's was carne asada. What can I say, they are all delicious!
I drove countless times from this place. I wish I tried earlier. So fresh tasting and just now this is rare. Better than the most expensive restaurants and much better than the chain restaurants. Very impressed! Can't wait to order again!
Came to Caramba for the first time and I have to say the food was good, the service was even better. I can't believe we haven't been here and are so close to life. We will return. Thank you for the great food, we will see you soon!!
Caramba is the fastest possible Mexican restaurant with good food and cheap rates. There are some better Mexican restaurants in The Valley, but this is a solid choice. You have a gluten-free menu for those who need it.

Great Mexican food at reasonable prices. We had the shrimp quesadilla and split it, it was so big. Margaritas are the best pre-mixed I've ever tasted.
