The beef shwarma was the best thing I have ever eaten in my life.The burrito wrapping on the swarma was crispy and the inside of the shwarma was juicy so I thought they worked very well together. The flavor of everything together in the wrap was *chefs kiss* perfection. Had umami and savory and sweet and meaty, so delicious with so much flavor without being overwhelming on spices or salt or anything. The veggies inside were still fresh and crispy as well. They can cook, just wow.
I eat fish so it takes me some convincing to eat vegan sushi but I would definitely come back with my vegan friends.We walked in on a weekend at 5pm for a table of 3 and were able to get seated at the sushi bar pretty quickly. I was impressed by the variety of appetizers and sushi roll flavors!The karage was crispy and what I wanted for a soy-based version. It came with a mayo sauce but I was happy with a squeeze of lemon.
Their food is okay... I always call in advance because I only have 30 min break. So this time I called and specifically told them I will be there in 10 min and when I got there it's still wasnt ready. They told me to wait 5 min , I ended up waiting 27 minutes for just one beef shawarma which still wasn't ready this is unacceptable.
Amazing Uzbek food, kind service. Will definitely be returning with my family. My favorite items were all three kabob options and the rice.
