We love this place. I sincerely hope you are lucky enough to get Brian as a waiter. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, takes pride in serving and is just an all around good human. (No I don’t know him personally-he’s really just that good). It makes the experience of Carbone’s even better, and that’s saying something as the quality is spot on. Try one of their specialty cocktails as well, you won’t be disappointed.
in a meal, cocktails, appetizers, escape and desserts, there was only one mistake. my otopus appetizer had been boiled until the time of gumification, which could hardly be cut by a knife. all other items in our meals were cooked to perfection and were delicious.
I have been going to Carbone’s for 8 years now and I am still constantly impressed with the quality of their food and service. I have recommended them time time again will continue to do so!

We go every year and it's always a good experience. Excellent food and even better service. It's definitely on the pricier side, but it's money well spent.
Old school Italian restaurant where you wont be disappointed. Eaten here probably 50 times over the years and never had a bad meal.
