6th visit in the last 12 months and always had a good experience with the girls and the chap with the goaty beard and glasses but on this occasion our experience was awful as Steve who was the waiter on the day for our table didn’t talk us through the menu no offer of crisps and a 15 min wait for the first drink then he wrote the wrong table number down for our food order so when I saw one the girls walking round which was clearly what we had ordered I had to tell her that was our order and when we were eating our food steve then came to our table with 2 **** Mary’s which were for someone else and then the table behind us ordered 2 wines and Steve brought them 2 coffees if Steve had put more...
We received a warm welcome from Steve and Babs at the airport lounge. The atmosphere was great and we had good conversation and service. The menu recommendations were excellent and the food was delicious. There was a good variety of drinks to choose from. Thank you for the wonderful service and attention.
