Chances are, it would be gone by the time you found out. Thankfully, he was a fan of my grandfather! As an adult, I can't walk around Roslyn without stopping by this place. I visited Craeks after hearing so much about it, and I have to say, it lived up to my expectations. I fondly remember Mrs. Carek, who is known for her family recipes, especially her jerk chicken and pepperoni, along with other delicious offerings. The aroma from her 100-year-old smoker is unforgettable. My favorite dish is her honey garlic creation—I'm not sure what her secret is, but it's incredibly delicious. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend stopping by to meet these wonderful women and their fantastic staff. They offer truly amazing products that are one of a kind. I feel grateful to have this gem in my life!
I absolutely love their beef and jalapeño beef sticks! They're perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of kick—not too much. The jerky is slightly drier, but it's incredibly delicious and flavorful. It's definitely worth a trip to Roslyn!
