Carek's Meat Market

I've been here since about 1967! At that time, if you weren’t a favorite of ol’ man carek, he didn’t tell you when the polier sausage came out of the smoker. Odds was that it would be gone if you were there. Well, he loved my grandfather! As an adult, I never walk around Roslyn without stopping here. In the army I brought whole convoys here on my way to Yakima. If you call her nice and ask her, she'll probably let you get a few! The paprika is AMAZING! Get some 3’ sticks away! Every taste of Rarky will be the best you ever had. Of course, it's a crime not to get a bacon! But my favorite thing in the place is what meets your nose when you go through the door!!!! I came to Craeks when I kneeled up to the grass funnel. I have loving memories of the reputation of Mrs. Carek make her family recipe jerk and pepperoni among the other wonderful objects she has to offer and leave smell like my self only from her 100 years old smoker. My favorite is she (honey/garlic) don't know what this woman does, but damn it's sure good. If you get the chance, please stop and see these wonderful women and their staff. And even better they try AMAZING products. Really one of a kind and I am blessed to have this place in my life.

Love their beef and jalapeño beef sticks that only have the right amount of kick, but not too much. That's how her jerk is on the dryer side. So good and tasteful! It is worth going to Rosyln!
