I was in the mood for a good homemade Jamaican meal to highlight my day. what I received. the exact opposite of any meal I imagined. for the appetizers the cauliflower was so watery, the grinding time was discarded with moisture and texture. the rice tasted pampered and took the taste of the sick seasoned cauliflower. Finally, the chicken tasted as if it was cooked in reused water and served over an already pitiful bed of watery cauliflower and rice. there's a lot more I could say, but I think that should work well enough. something else. This place has truly gone down hill over the years. Today I had a very nice cashier. He was very friendly. After today I don't know how they are still open.Callaloo and salfish were mostly filled with oil.The stew chicken was pan-fried chicken that was mixed in a sugar sauce.They need to hire people who can cook authentic Jamaican food or close up shop!I tried it about 2 months ago and it was awful. I ordered the oxtail and curry chicken combo with a side of fried plantains. The entire meal was awful, starting with the undercooked rice that formed a mound on the plate. My 80-year-old mother, who never complains about food, couldn't eat the meat because it was too spicy, as if they had added extra hot paprika to mask the flavor. I didn't think it was possible to mess up fried plantains, but even those were terrible. They were overly greasy and barely fried. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
I frequently order from Caribbean Grille, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered soup and a chicken roti, but the roti was inedible. It was old and stale, and the curry tasted overly salty. I had to discard the food. When I called to provide feedback, a young man rudely hung up on me. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very helpful and the food they serve is so tasty. I never decline to have a nice dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.
I spend lots of money into this business. The store in landover md they customer service skills is very mediocre. from the 2 bold head bude to the fat lady on the back. i wont spend one more dollar into this place
This place clearly knows how to treat their clients. Constantly with a very welcoming approach. The food is conveniently priced, constantly tasty and neat.
Do not waste your money here all stews and gravies are watered down there pepper sauce is not spicy they water that down too
