The baristas at this location seem to struggle with preparing drinks correctly and often overlook app orders. On two separate occasions, my pumpkin press barely had any pumpkin flavor. Moreover, they served my drinks iced when I had specifically requested them to be hot. I usually enjoy Caribou drinks when they’re made right, but this time I had to find another place.
This caribou is fine. But they have to be the absolute slowest location on the face of the earth. Very curious what their average drive thru time is bc it’s always a 5+ minute wait even ordering ahead with nobody in the drive thru.
They pour hot espresso shots into empty plastic cups, instead of adding ice or cold water first like you're supposed to when making an iced americano. So if you enjoy drinking leeched petrochemicals then this is the place for you.
Sunday evening. We placed a drive-thru order, and even though they were quite busy, the service was efficient. Our drinks were just right, and Kayla was really friendly at the drive-thru. Caribou is our favorite! Book a table now
Nice experience. Not too busy. Clean. Met a friend and it was nice to a have conversation. Been to this coffee spot in Eagan many times and it’s always been a pleasant coffee shop.
This Caribou location has a very long wait time for drinks. If you visit the one on Yankee Doodle instead, you'll be glad you saved yourself an hour.
My hubba took me here for a turtle mocha and it was heavenly. We used the drive through and everything went very smooth and fast.
Fantastic coffee drink and NO mention of “one more prompt on the screen”. Pleasantly surprised. Book a table now
Drip brew coffee was luke warm. Good, but not a hot cup of coffee.
