It is unacceptable that the young woman working at this restaurant is not being adequately compensated for her efforts. It is difficult to type out this review, and if they do not treat their employees well, it does not matter what the rest of the review says. Coffee is not worth paying for if it comes at the expense of unfair treatment of employees. To the staff at this establishment, never let anyone diminish your worth. You deserve to be treated with respect by everyone, even if your bosses say otherwise.
Can’t order ahead for pickup. It forces me to choose the drive through. I ended up waiting in the drive thru line for an order I had put in in advanced. The door on the store says drive thru only so I am not sure what the point is to order ahead if I can’t pick it up in store.
Literally every time I come in there I have to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee doesn't matter if it's the drive-thru or if I walk in . It's absurd people have things to do they can't just wait around all day for a cup of coffee.
I don't usually drink coffee, but I really enjoyed the coffee at this restaurant. It had a smoother taste compared to others I have tried. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Love this Caribou! They are always so friendly, make a great, quick cup of coffee, and do so with a big smile. Definitely a great experience every time I visit.
Amazing placement for a shop! Love the vibe that the workers give off! They are all polite and kind. I wish they had a bike rack but there fence works fine.
