Caribou Coffee - Table reservation

The customer who enjoys ordering had a very positive experience at this restaurant, adding to the overall convenience of the place. The only thing missing is some soothing jazz music in the background for customers to relax and enjoy their coffee. The current low-key music is nice, but adding a jazz element would enhance the overall atmosphere and create a more engaging experience for patrons.

This restaurant is extremely understaffed, causing excessively long wait times. Customers could easily go to another coffee shop, order their coffee, and return before being served here. The issue lies with poor management, leading to inadequate service and underpayment of employees. Despite reaching out to Caribou customer relations, their response was unsatisfactory and unapologetic.

The service and atmosphere both receive a rating of 5. While parking may be somewhat challenging to find, there is free parking available in a nearby lot.

I stopped by this restaurant's drive-thru early in the morning and was blown away by the fantastic service. My barista was exceptional and really made my day with their excellent service. The added drizzle definitely brought a smile to my face. Thank you for the great experience!
