many rooms for seating and a surface for private meeting. I've been here for years. but the workers at this time are all very rude, ignore the customers in the business, 3 employees told me it wasn't their task to take my order while they stood talking and laughing at the ride thru, as I stood in register for over 10 minutes just wait to order a simple coffee. was then told if I wanted to order that I had to ring the bell, otherwise they wouldn't come to the counter? there was no bell in sight. it needs better management.
The customer who enjoys ordering had a very positive experience at this restaurant, adding to the overall convenience of the place. The only thing missing is some soothing jazz music in the background for customers to relax and enjoy their coffee. The current low-key music is nice, but adding a jazz element would enhance the overall atmosphere and create a more engaging experience for patrons.
This restaurant is extremely understaffed, causing excessively long wait times. Customers could easily go to another coffee shop, order their coffee, and return before being served here. The issue lies with poor management, leading to inadequate service and underpayment of employees. Despite reaching out to Caribou customer relations, their response was unsatisfactory and unapologetic.
I love the staff at this location. (County Rd D and White Bear Ave) Things have been rough for them during the pandemic and the hours have been a little crazy but they are always friendly anyways. They know my drink order by now and it comes out perfectly every time. I look forward to my afternoon Caribou pick-me-up each day. Yum!

I went to meet a friend and have never been to a Caribou before. The store was clean and the staff was friendly enough. Since I can't drink coffee due to health reasons I orded an smoothie instead, I wasn't expecting it to have the same color and texture of sherbet.
I showed up at 6:30 in the morning because Starbucks was closed and I gotta say I was very happy! Took 5min to order pay and get my drink! The staff was so lovely and complimented my makeup even at 6:30am! 10/10 would recommend!
Pre-ordered two boxes for my wedding this morning and arrived only to told they don't have boxes. Unacceptable, at least send an email or phone call to notify me so I don't waste time waiting in line on my wedding day
I stopped by the drive-thru this morning and was blown away by the excellent service. My barista was incredibly friendly and made my day with their great attitude. Thank you for the delicious drink, for sure!
