This was one of the worst caribou I have been to in a while, I went today (5/17/22) and had terrible service and ordered an apple fritter and the cashier in the driveway never offered it to be warmed like they are supposed to. The worst part is that my apple fritter is stale and hard. And the frozen drinks are always like a cup of water, they're so liquidy. Would not recommend going here find another one
I visit this location almost every morning on my way to work, so much so that the staff has started to recognize me and remember my preferences. It’s a breath of fresh air to go somewhere in the morning where the team is consistently upbeat and cheerful. While their coffee can be a bit pricey, the excellent customer service and quality make it worth it for me!

You have an incredible establishment! I had a fantastic experience, and finally, a fast food restaurant has nailed the vegan option. Not only is the meal entirely vegan, but it also comes with vegan cheese by default. This makes it truly vegan, without any unnecessary substitutions or extra steps needed. Amazing job, Caribou! My husband and I often stop here, mostly the ride through. We both enjoy the coffee drinks. But the last two times we stopped, NO milk had alternatives for me. I am allergic to milk so ordered a regular coffee. Once this happens again, I think that we will stop for our coffee drinks elsewhere.
I just had a skim latte from this place, and I immediately felt nauseous and ended up vomiting after drinking it. That's really strange!
Everytime I've been to this location both the staff and the manager have been very pleasant, professional, and prompt with service.
