I allow myself to comment because I see other negative comments that the bread is clearly frozen or otherwise, having worked in this shop a few times ago, I can assure you that the bread is fresh every day that it is made home and of very good quality, so it is not frozen. Then to answer another comment there are no more pieces mounted yes, however we can not really propose a cake that replaces a piece mounted

Great patisserie! My husband took yesterday for the Mother's Day a macaron heart cake with raspberry, a real pleasure!!! And this is not the first pastry we take at home, we are never disappointed with these craftsmen who are regular in the success of their pastries. And their breads are very good too

The Vintage Jambon emmental sandwiches are really great, better than those in the Paris region, really the good dose of sauce just enough to feel it. (Very kind and professional)
