I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered a ceviche, which turned out to be the worst quality I've ever experienced. It seems there is new management compared to before, and the change in quality is significant. The sweetness and desserts are no longer appealing, and the food lacks flavor. I wouldn't recommend coming here; it feels like the staff does not have a genuine passion for Peruvian cuisine. I used to be a loyal customer, but sadly, that has changed.
If you have not had Peruvian food, you’re missing out! I ate the tallarines verdes with chicken usually it is served with steak . It was the most delicious plate I have eaten. I have had Peruvian before, but this was my first time at Carlita’s. I definitely will be coming again! I totally recommend. ?
I was fortunate to find this restaurant. We had the cebiche de pescado, which was delicious and served in a beautiful clear bowl. The dessert was the best I’ve had after trying many places!
It’s good for fast food! I initially thought it was a restaurant with a varied menu, but most of the offerings are like hamburgers, just with a Peruvian twist.
