The restaurant should definitely establish a separate line for customers with reservations and those without. When I arrived with a booking, it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do. They seemed very busy—after sitting down for 20 minutes, I had to ask for a menu, and I was given the wrong one. I ordered a pizza, only to be informed that they weren’t serving pizza that night. Aside from that, I ordered a chicken burger, which was good and offered great value, especially with the "Eat Out to Help Out" scheme.
Took a very long to get served. Took 1 hour to get our food. Asked for a desert menu and it took half an hour to get, had to chase after the staff to get it. They then brought the wrong desert. I understand it can be busy and there might be less staff but being in a restaurant for 2 hours 45 minutes to get a main and dessert is ridiculous
Went with family had booked ahead with was lucky as was very busy. I had philly steak sandwich which was cooked as requested. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was good
Went back for the second week in a row. Ordered something different from the first time. Really enjoyed our meal. A lot busier but the service was excellent
