carlos restaurant was recommended and it was not disappointed. a beautiful and friendly atmosphere with very attentive staff who felt very welcome. knowing about the specialties was extraordinary, with which personal explained what they could have in them and the alternatives they could have. the appetizers were prompt and cooked for perfection. the net lasted a little longer, but it was worth waiting the lenders of the calves packed with lemon and palma sink was divine. the filet steak was cooked to perfection and served with a large selection of sides, well worth visiting, we will definitely be back and get table booked as soon as we can for this little gem.
wow, wow, wow! After I had the pleasure of eating in carlos last night for the first time, I can honestly say that I had one of the best meals I've ever had. the filleto gorgonzola was absolutely phenomenal, and the service and the personal were exemplary. as someone who only visited the opposite and lived 2 hours away, I would like to make the 2-hour trip regularly, just to dine at carlos. fantastic!
first time at Carlos last night , have to say it's the best place we've been to in a long time ... The Food was amazing could not fault a thing, aswell as good wine and lovely service from the staff .... Definitely a place to visit !! You don't get many restaurants like this
nothing is too much for carlo and the personal, we repeat visitors and can not recommend this beautiful restaurant very good enough, perfect eating and perfect pint! we all see again
