Our family of 12 ages 61-16 were in town celebrating a wedding. Our high expectations were met immediately as our our hosts combined 6 tables in a 2x3 config to create a more useful and inviting space where all could join in the conversation. We felt very welcome as a result. Soon multiple visits by essentially all staff insured everyone had drinks and full knowledge of the specials. Despite a full restaurant the service made us feel like it was private dinner.Some menu highlights included Lobster Bisque, Ceviche, Buffalo tomahawks and an over the top Beef Wellington. I wish I could rate this place lower. The menu has too many options for everything to come out hot at the same time. My son is allergic to seafood and the only other option was a $100 slab of ground up dog food. A McDouble would 've been so much better for the pathetic burger . My Partner ordered the lobster and was very undercooked. There 's better food at Captain D 's seafood. Waste of money and would like a refund or new meal. Ambli or The Mona Lisa are so much better.
It's a very nice restaurant. Food was very good and Carlos was very friendly. Food was absolutely excellent. Best beef wellington I have ever eaten. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the food was over priced. It was just my wife and me; we did not have anything to drink other than water and our bill after a 20% tip was $330. This is a one time experience for us because it is more than we can afford on a recurring basis.
This is the worst eatery in the springs. The owner is nice and so was the waitress, but that doesn’t justify charging what they do. The food is horrible, and the prices are higher than most other dinning experiences in the world. This restaurant is a joke, and the guest is the punchline. So shameful. Book a table now
My husband and I had dinner at Carlos Bistro this evening. It was one of the best meals we have had it quite some time. The food amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Carlos and his staff created a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon.
My husband and I went for a date night and this is by far the best place I have ever been to. We were greeted by first name and the staff were warm and welcoming. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were delicious. We will definitely be returning.
The best plafe in town for fine dining. Exquisite quality, superb service, fine dessert. The ambiance is top notch and very quaint.
