I'm not sure how this restaurant has a total rating of 4.4 but after this past Saturday night, I feel like it should be -1 out of 5 at most. Food was bad, only good items that were decent were the complimentary bread and the black pasta. Food took 1.5 hrs which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Maybe if it was higher end and a Michelin star, I can understand a little. I've been to many Michelin and omakase restaurants, and the service and food are always superb. The lamb chops were horrendously butchered. We asked for medium rare and it came out well-done. First time, I experienced anything above medium rare for lamb chops. It was way too chewy. Veal porterhouse was slightly better, it was c...

The food, 100% amazing and delicious. However our waiter was VERY rude. My wife and I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner, however we felt very rushed and pressured to order our food by our server (Hermon). We ordered a salad to share but at the time we're not ready to order our dinners and still looking the menu over. He seemed perturbed by this and rolled his eyes in a not so nice manner when my wife said we needed more time. Then we didn't see him for the rest of the time until I asked the hostess his name and he then seemed more attentive. Food overall, wonderful, service, not so much.

Wonderful restaurant. Guatemalan/Italian fusion. Wonderful concept great dishes. We have dined here multiple times. Pro tip get a table outside in the spring-fall months for the Arlington Al Fresco experience. People watching while enjoying a phenomenal meal makes for a great date night.
