I pulled back up to the window, where a wonderfully attentive and charming female manager welcomed me and asked how she could assist. I mentioned the missing cream, and she smiled, apologized, and handed me a small paper bag with the cream and a stirrer. She was very friendly and even gave me a voucher for my next visit.

Avoid this Carl's Jr. location entirely, especially in the morning. On three separate occasions, they failed to get my order right, and the food always appeared carelessly put together. This morning, I ordered a Loaded Steak and Egg burrito but was given a bacon and egg burrito instead, which was awful. The cashier asked if I wanted ketchup, I said yes, but they completely forgot to give it to me. While I understand it's Monday morning, this kind of poor service happens far too often. The staff here clearly lack discipline.

I've often ordered from you before, but my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken combo meal, and while everything else was fine, the sandwich was simply a piece of meat wrapped in lettuce. I'm not sure if I'll order from you again.
