Excellent and juicy. I never thought I’d be writing a review for a fast food place, but here I am because it was that good! I came here on Friday night, 9/23/22, to satisfy my Western Bacon Cheeseburger craving, which I only indulge in about once a month. When I arrived, I noticed an employee cleaning the lobby, which was great to see—shows they really care about their job. I ordered a double Western, and it was the juiciest and best version of this burger I’ve ever had. It far surpasses all other locations nearby, and even though this one is a bit farther from me, it’s the only one I trust. So, here I am. Thanks, Carl’s Jr.!
This location, is your quintessential Carl's, which is located in a area with little direct competition, no other fast food restaurants, other than coffee shops, including a Starbucks, are in the area. Even at 7am on a Sunday I was greater warmly at the drive through. The lobby is unremarkable and I have not eaten inside in years. Good spot for food on the way to or from Orangevale, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael. Worth noting is that a High School Bella Vista) is just down the street this can lead to traffic near the location before and after school.
7.1.22 Fast service. Update 10.5.22 Carl's Jr is the ONLY fast food place that I will ever spend my money at. Because the prices are so high, I can only go with coupons. I really love how they will take multiple coupons at every visit. The food is always delicious and they have HUGE burgers! I can feed my family of 6 using 3 coupons, all for $22 bucks!
The Carl’s Jr. at Madison and Fair Oaks Blvd. is managed by a true expert in the fast food industry. It deserves top marks in every aspect. This location feels like it’s run by the Karcher family, the original founders of Carl’s Jr. You won’t come across a cleaner restaurant anywhere.

They put the fast in fastfood! Orders a burger, and before I could even turn around to take a seat, the cashier was like Where you going? Your food is here! And I was like damn, and they was like yup, and I was like sheeeeesh, and they was like fo real fo real
I had a positive experience with the service and found the staff to be very courteous. However, given that it’s Carl’s Jr, you might be better off preparing your own meals, especially at these prices. That said, it’s definitely not the worst option.
Keep those shakes coming, Carl's Jr.! You'll outshine every other spot nearby since most places barely stay open. I almost always choose to grab my shares here.
