My wife and I visited the Carl’s Jr. at 1124 W Glenoaks Blvd in Glendale, CA (Store 1100258), today (November 14, 2021) at approximately 12:32pm. There were several problems at this location. Firstly, the two bathrooms were locked, both men’s and women’s. There was a line waiting for the bathroom, and when I inquired with the only staff member visible to any of us named, “Silva,” she curtly said that someone was in the men’s bathroom, and that the women’s bathroom was not working. Upon closer inspection while standing behind the other five people in line for the bathroom, I noticed that while the men’s bathroom had one of those coded locks on the door, the women’s bathroom didn’t. Glenoak Store#1100258 today I got a California Classic y Alejqndra la Cashier gave me a poor California Classic just an old bread a little piece of meet an nada de lechuga she toldo me the California Classic are like thisand she want me to tell her who make the California Classic like I said to corregir. I'm very desapointed, never never go backto this place, I would linea to put the picture of my California Classic to everyone see
Worst service I ever had. My soda cup was full of ice I couldn't put strow in, when I ask how suppose to I drink this when there is only ice inside she responds that she was instructed to do so. She opened lead and put some soda without properly closing itwhen I grub it lead popped up and drink spilled all over. What a dumb place, just beware this location.
Carl's Jr. Used to be one of my favorite fast food joints. Not anymore. Their quality has not improved. Wendy's has come up and even KFC is making a comeback. But Jack's is now my fav.

Low on staff so we had to wait longer than usual for fast food however, the food came out tasty and looked tasty. Lol
it's fast to eat, but I like it. I'd probably eat more often here if it didn't cost as much as a local place.
Carls Jr. is a restaurant where you know what to expect. I have never had a bad or slow wait there.
