I'll keep this short. Three medium combos shouldn't cost more than $40. Moreover, the smaller chicken patty on my hand-breaded chicken sandwich made me wonder if I had mistakenly ordered from the value menu—it was almost invisible at the edges. Overall, the freshness of the food was disappointing. The only bright spot was the cashier acknowledging my concerns about the high prices. I really doubt that many people will be willing to pay these prices, and I certainly won't be coming back.
It appears that you must finalize your transaction before being granted access to the restroom, with no exceptions. If an employee disagrees with your request and is unhelpful, they can easily hand off your order to a coworker. If you can't deliver good customer service, perhaps a job that doesn’t involve dealing with the public would be more suitable. This experience took place on Saturday, May 21st, around 3:30 PM.
Amazing! The service was outstanding, and I was very satisfied with everything. The hamburger was delicious and perfectly sized, and the soda refills were just right. This is definitely a fantastic option—I hadn’t heard of it before, but now I’m a fan. The burger was incredibly juicy and delightful! My only suggestion would be to add some background music, but that didn’t impact my overall experience.
I usually don 't go to Carl 's because I think it 's too pricey. But after seeing the Sourdough Burger sandwich being advertised on TV, I gave in. Yeah, it was pricey but OMG! Absolutely delicious! Check the lettuce! It 's exactly how it looks in thecommercials!! WHY can 't other hamburger joints pull that off? All they have to do now is knock about $1.50 off the price.?????? Book a table now
I don't typically visit Carl's Jr. because I find it a bit expensive. However, after seeing the Sourdough Burger advertised on TV, I decided to give it a try. It was indeed pricey, but wow! It was absolutely delicious! The lettuce looked exactly like it does in the commercials! Why can’t other burger places manage that? They just need to reduce the price by about $1.50.
Nice staff at this location. Have been here twice through drive thru. Only note is the window to pay and pick up is pretty high- so warning for short people like me. No issues.
The food at Carl's Jr. wasn't hot! When I asked the manager to prepare it fresh, he chose to refund my money instead.
The prices are excessively high, and sadly, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. Book a table now
