I'm not sure if they're processing the meat fresh or baking bread for every order, but during my last five visits, I've waited more than 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a single combo meal. Other drivers have honked and even left after waiting around 10 minutes. At first, I assumed it was a staffing problem and didn't say anything, but recently I've seen six employees just standing around in the back. I really can't understand why it takes so long to prepare just three items.
I visit this restaurant specifically for the Beyond Western Cheeseburger, which is my absolute favorite! As someone who doesn't eat meat, I can confidently say that it tastes incredible. The BBQ sauce and onion rings enhance the flavor perfectly. If you haven't tried a Beyond Burger yet, you really should! It's not dry at all; it's juicy and grilled just like a classic burger. I'd love to hear what you think if you decide to try it!
We were incredibly disappointed! We were excited to enjoy one of those amazing breakfast biscuits to kick off our day, but what we received were biscuits that tasted a day old. They lacked the buttery, crunchy, delicious flavor we were expecting. On a positive note, the lady who served us was very friendly and had a great smile. Unfortunately, we won't be returning for breakfast at this location, I'm afraid to say.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. We were mistakenly charged for the wrong order, and when we requested assistance to rectify the mistake, the staff refused to help us and dismissed our concerns, claiming there was nothing they could do. This incident occurred on December 2, 2022, at 8:20 PM, and the staff was incredibly rude. Book a table now
I visited for breakfast and saw that they were bustling, yet they still took a moment to greet me warmly and offer assistance. I ordered a breakfast burger without the bun, and the cashier thoughtfully recommended a lettuce wrap as an alternative. The dining area was spotless, and the coffee was delightful. I will definitely be back!
I used to be a big fan of Carl's Jr., but now it feels pretty average. It's still okay, but not nearly as good as it was a decade ago.
