My shakes were too watery, so I asked for them to be remade. However, it seemed like they didn't replicate the original shake. When I got home, I found that the fries were soggy, and my Famous Star with cheese was missing several toppings—no onions and a flat burger. For $10.99, this was a really disappointing experience. This was my first and last visit to this location; I've never had a bad experience with Carl's Jr. before. The employees seemed to be moving slowly and appeared rather unmotivated, although the managers were friendly and actively engaged.
I wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to our cashier from last night, Kaidee. I know that working in fast food, especially during busy times, can be tough, but she had such a wonderful personality and really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I ordered two Beyond Famous Star combos but only received one portion of fries in the bag. The service was awful, and I believe corporate should look into this problem. I won’t be coming back to this location, nor will my friends or family. It feels like they’re scamming customers out of their money. This is truly disappointing.
I used the drive-thru since the dining area was closed by 8 PM. I placed my order, and when I reached the window to pay, the worker informed me that they only accept Apple Pay, while I was attempting to use Samsung Pay. Just a heads up for everyone: Carl's Jr does not accept Samsung Pay.

I consistently receive excellent customer service every time I go through the drive-thru. The person responsible for hiring clearly does a fantastic job of selecting such friendly and positive staff. Plus, my meals are always delicious.
I really enjoy their special offers, so be sure to look out for the coupons. I absolutely love the Western burger, and the original Angus burger is delicious as well. Lately, though, I've been hooked on the Big Carl.
The employee, Gardenia, provided friendly customer service and I appreciated her smiles. However, my request for BBQ sauce was overlooked, and the French fries were cold.
I ordered a burger combo and a side of chicken nuggets, which came to over $30. I ended up throwing the fries away because they were soggy and lacked salt.
