I ordered a salad but ended up with a bun instead. When I returned to have it corrected and requested it to be wrapped as a salad, the staff was quite rude about the mistake. The salad I finally received was slathered in mayo and lacked any cheese, and the chicken was undercooked. Although I usually enjoy Carl's, this experience was definitely below expectations.
I payed $14.00 for a Superstar combo, but the sad thing is there was no one in line, just me, and they still couldn't make a good burger. Imagine paying $14 for a burger just to turn out it tastes nothing like a superstar. Those people working clearlydont care about customer satisfaction.
This location is always so slow. I've been a handful of times and I always have to wait way longer then I would expect. Food has been acceptable, just wish they could speed things up. 15-20mins in the drive thru is too much.

Why is the kids menu not posted along with pricing? I was charged $20.52 for 2 chicken stars kids meals?! Did I make a wrong turn and end up in Beverly Hills?
friendly staff. the remaining room could have had a bit of attention. all food except pommes were fresh or they had 5 stars! all really good.
10:28am NO BREAKFAST at Carl's Jr, so I went across the street to a competitor and had breakfast there.
Service was quick and friendly but food was warm but not fresh. Soggy onion rings and chicken sandwich. Book a table now
